在硬件性能方面，这款放卷机具备出色的承载与运行能力，设备最大上卷直径可达1米，额定承重高达500KG，可满足大尺寸、大重量卷材的加工需求，适配绝大多数常规卷材生产工况。同时设备支持非标定制服务，包括宽幅、承重、卷径、速度乃至整体结构，可根据客户生产线的特殊规格、生产工况、设备适配需求进行个性化调整。
设备搭载全自动与手动双操作模式，可通过设备屏幕录入运行参数，系统可根据卷材卷径的实时变化智能自动变速，精准把控放卷速度
针对调试、检修、小批量试产等特殊场景，可切换手动模式，人工自主调控运行速度。
